Returns and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
