Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please double-check spelling and details when submitting personalisation.

We aim to dispatch orders within the processing time stated on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services.

Rusty Fox Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
